Management & Leadership Development

Catalyst’s Management & Leadership Development Programs are dynamic and pragmatic. We offer development to all leaders – the emerging Manager, embarking on their first leadership experience, the experienced Manager and the Executive. Our experience shows that effective learning and development takes place when managers and leaders are able to directly apply the theories and principles to their role. We incorporate best-practice and current leadership principles to our programs. The pragmatic and practical approach to our application ensures breadth, depth and relevance to each individual.

Our Management & Leadership programs are typically structured in modular format ie: the concepts and principles build. More importantly, the time in between the modules is designed to allow the participant to return to their role and apply the learnings. All programs include individual feedback, the opportunity for Manager / Sponsor consultation and a focus on individualised leadership goals.
